Client User Name Resolver
Web filter for Microsoft ISA Server (Forefront TMG) designed to automatically convert logins into complete usernames with the help of Active Directory.
It is possible to view the list of active user sessions in the Microsoft ISA Server (Forefront TMG) console. There is a column labeled Client UserName among the columns. It shows the login the user is logged onto the system under and via which the user accesses the Internet.
Client User Name Resolver is a special web filter that is built into Microsoft ISA Server (Forefront TMG) allowing you to automatically resolve user logins into complete usernames retrieving this information from Active Directory.
After the quick and easy installation of the program, you will get the result similar to the one you can see on the screenshot below:
The program works with Microsoft ISA Server 2004/2006/Forefront TMG. Both Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition (requires installation on all array members) are supported. The system runs completely automatically, but needs some initial configuration:
Attention! Changes made by the application are written to the WebProxy logs (and only in them) of Microsoft ISA Server (Forefront TMG).
