Change Administration Password
New Password
Use this screen to change the administration password. When a password is set here, users cannot access the configuration web pages without it.
Many web browsers automatically show a dialog box asking for a username and password. WinProxy is only interested in the password, so you may type anything for the username. We usually use "admin". Please write down this password and store it in a safe place.
Session Timeout
The session timeout setting will determine how long WinProxy will wait before it asks for the administration password again, ensuring that a machine used to access the WinProxy interface won't allow future interface connection attempts by non-authorized users.
